Why do you need the support of your team? Dig deep to find the answers and get vulnerable if necessary.

In relation to your vision as a leader, you need to have a clear and concise plan. Even if you’ve won over your team through an inspirational story, if it’s confusing to understand, you’ll lose their interest and trust.   3. Make it Practical – Let’s consider the synonyms for the word ‘practical’. They include realistic, viable, workable, reasonable, useful, doable, accomplishable, etc. Each of these words implies that the vision you hold and wish to convey is not just a fantasy. Your vision CAN happen! When you receive the support of your employees and team members, you create a clear plan with direction for each person’s role in relation to the end result, then you have proven your vision can be brought to life.
